Team leader facility (Vietnamese Only)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

To build plans, projects of maintenance activities including resources of frequency, job list, man-hours, materials and expense.

To execute the scheduled plans, projects with best quality at low cost.

To organize, control maintenance activities and keep equipment, facilities in good operation and long endurance.

To apply the online management system designed by the Group, Company and Department.

To submit proposals to the leaders to improve resources of maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

- Build and continue improving Preventive Maintenance plan.

- Ensure appropriate preventive maintenance to avoid, decrease quantity of corrective repairs.

- Supervise contractors, suppliers on Facility maintenance.

- Control activities of Facility engineers and workers.

- Control assessments and evaluation on personnel and Facility maintenance quality.

Education

B.A. diploma on Technical fields.

Experience

Multiyear relevant experience in maintenance and management

Timely identification of situations and processes, problems and systematic control of these in consideration of their consequences.

SKILLS

Management Flexible management skills, LEAN, 5S
