Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Support Worker Team Leaders for its client in Oxfordshire and Oxford.

Salary: £43,180 – £50,444 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

Positions Available: Team Leader x2 - Oxfordshire & Oxford.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Benefits:

  • Bonuses: In addition to your base salary, you’ll do up to 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation & £1,000 Loyalty Bonus

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential
  • Car Driver
  • Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Role is not open to sponsorship
