As the Team Lead Marketing Promotions (m/f/d), you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of automated lifecycle communications across Marketing and Transactional CRM. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven lifecycle programs while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
In this role, you will combine strategic ownership with operational excellence, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable CRM initiatives. As the leader of the Lifecycle team, you will coach and develop your team, define priorities, and ensure the successful execution of the CRM roadmap.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in CRM Lifecycle, Retention, or Growth Marketing within a data-driven, customer-centric environment.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies to drive activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact through CRM initiatives, including improvements in revenue, retention, engagement, and repeat purchase.
- Hands on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys) and customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, performance analysis, and using customer insights to optimize lifecycle journeys.
- Solid understanding of CRM data, event tracking, and integrations, with the ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable CRM initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required. Additional languages are a strong plus.
