Team Lead, Healthcare IT

The Team Lead, Healthcare IT is responsible for driving metrics, reporting, and the strategic coordination of day-to-day activities across the Connectivity Operations teams. By acting as the central hub for operational tracking and cross-team coordination, the Connectivity PM partners closely with team managers to offload administrative and project tracking burdens. This critical support is designed to free up manager and leadership bandwidth, allowing them to focus on resource engagement, complex business escalations, team development, and strategic initiatives. Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). The position can be based in one of the following locations: Schaumburg IL, Secaucus, NJ, Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX & Tampa, FL.
