Act as a Team Lead for one of our client projects, providing technical leadership, people leadership, and hands-on software development.

Lead and develop a small team of engineers through coaching, performance feedback, hiring, career development, and day-to-day technical guidance.

Serve as the primary technical authority for the project, driving architecture, implementation approaches, technical quality, and technical feasibility.

Contribute directly to software delivery through architecture, code reviews, and hands-on development.

Provide estimates, identify delivery risks, and define implementation strategies.

Partner with sales, product, and project management during discovery, planning, estimation, and solution design activities.

Participate in client meetings (primarily US-based), workshops, and roadmap discussions, helping translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.

Work closely with a Project Manager to identify risks, plan delivery, and align technical execution with project goals.

Contribute to the development of engineering and consulting practices by promoting knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and helping shape technical standards, best practices, and ways of working across the organization.

Are experienced with full-stack TypeScript development.

Have experience leading engineering teams, including coaching, performance management, hiring, and career development.

Possess strong system design skills and are comfortable making technical decisions in complex environments.

Are comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Can balance technical excellence, delivery constraints, and business objectives when making decisions.

Are comfortable operating with incomplete information and making pragmatic technical decisions under time pressure.

Have experience designing agentic workflows and integrating LLM-powered capabilities, or are excited to work with modern AI technologies.

Are open to occasionally working afternoon/evening hours to ensure overlap with US time zones and travel for client engagements.

Are passionate about building maintainable, well-tested software.

Are fluent in spoken and written English and comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and presentations.
