About BTA

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking an experienced, proactive, and collaborative Team Lead to support our growing organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting team performance, driving accountability, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned functions.


Position Summary

The Administrative Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This position partners closely with Leadership to coordinate priorities, monitor performance, improve processes, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily operations of the team.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to promote professional growth and high performance.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Coordinate and prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics, and provide regular updates to Leadership.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional internal customer service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, coordinating, or supervising administrative or operational teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, performance coaching, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build accountability, and develop employees through coaching and mentorship.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and business management systems.
