Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located
approximately 30 miles from Charlotte. The facility employs just under 400+ full
time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along
with 12,000 skus. In addition to the conversion, customizing and packaging
activities, abrasives are now a big part of our power tool accessory business.

Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines.  When required operate machines to ensure our KPI’s are met.

Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues, basic welding issues

Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers

Train new operators, assist operators as needed

Change Electrodes

Change Grinding wheels

Mechanical skills, Attention to detail and quality

Blueprint reading, Precision measuring

Lockout & Tagout

Understanding of HMIs

CNC Programs and Offsets

Applies theories, concepts, principles, and techniques to varied tasks or situations of somewhat difficult nature.  Exercises judgment within parameters of defined practices.

Demonstrates in-depth comprehensive knowledge and the ability to resolve complex issues.  Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Operates with substantial latitude for reviewed action or decision.  Provides guidance to others.
