Job Description

In this role, you will learn and use your knowledge to help clients with personal income tax, employment tax, social security, and global mobility. You will support clients in understanding and managing the complexities of working across different countries.

  • Preparing Slovak personal income tax returns for employees assigned to / from Slovakia

  • Preparing documents for social security / health insurance compliance in Slovakia 

  • Communicating with Slovak tax and other related authorities 

  • Communicating with colleagues in foreign offices in order to determine the correct tax position and treatment of individuals 

  • Having a keen interest in technology

Qualifications

  • University education

  • Any experience in dealing with Slovak and/or international taxation of individuals is an advantage but not a requirement

  • Outgoing personality who likes dealing with people and assist them

  • Ability to work and actively communicate in English (B2/C1), German is a plus

  • Ability to work with numbers and use Excel

  • Ability and interest in using technology aimed at helping clients and us to manage their assignees

  • Interest in new trends of employing individuals and their working structures (assignments, remote work, hybrid work etc.)

  • Proven organizational skills, team work and attention to detail

  • Interest in developing your skills in the area of personal taxation or international taxation building your own personal brand while being also a team member

  • Responsible and proactive approach to work
