Tax Analyst

Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute and support all tax compliance and reporting activities to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, proper calculation of taxes, and timely filings, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, DIOT, ISSIF, SIPRED, and transfer price compliance.
• Contribute and improving implementing tax optimization strategies, new regulations, and identify potential tax risks or opportunities.
• Propose alternatives and quantify their impact on the business related to accounting and tax changes.
• Coordinate and assist both external and internal tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Enhance relationships with external tax advisors and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tax management.
• Calculation and filing of estimated income tax payments and withholding taxes for VAT and income tax.
• Calculation of monthly and annual taxes.
• Experience in SAP and CONTPAQ.
• REPSE Compliance Validation
• Intermediate English communication (both oral and written)
