Job description

Green Key resources is representing a large financial firm who is looking for a Tax Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Anchorage. This is 100% onsite. 

Monday - Friday 8-5

Job Duties:

Daily Duties:

  • E-filing ( e-filing, qualified unreleased and rejections reports on deadline days)
  • Paper filing (mailing directly to the tax authorities)
  • Peoplesoft – ad hoc invoicing, scheduled billing, code setup and changes. WIP reports
  • Expense Reports
  • Set up travel for partners
  • Lineup Reports Weekly – update lineup for staff if requested
  • CRM reports and upkeep
  • MSA and SOW drafting, uploading to Agiloft
  • Client Acceptance
  • Due Date Tracker reports and GFR updates based on responses
  • Administrative office duties including kitchen stocking, mailroom stocking, sending/receiving mail, keeping office tidy and presentable
  • Help out with office tasks (stocking kitchens, process mail, scan/email documents)
  • Events organizing inside and outside the office
  • Occasional supply and merchandise ordering

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required

 

Experience:

- Three (3) year of experience in office services / facilities or similar position

Software:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey message and objective to diverse audiences

- Capacity to successfully multi task while working independently or within a group environment

- Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with an attention to detail
