Tanzu engineer

We are looking for an experienced Tanzu Engineer with 5+ years of IT infrastructure and platform engineering experience, including hands-on expertise in VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting container platforms while enabling cloud-native application delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Tanzu Kubernetes environments.
Administer Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, networking, and storage.
Automate platform deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
Troubleshoot container, Kubernetes, and Tanzu platform issues.
Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
Implement platform security, backup, patching, and disaster recovery best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of IT Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.
Experience with Docker, Helm, and container orchestration.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere, NSX, and vSAN is an advantage.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or scripting (Bash/Python).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, and cloud-native technologies.
