• Support Prepare payment notice  (phiếu tính tiền)
• Handling admin task of invoicing (phụ trách các công việc hỗ trợ liên quan đến team tính tiền)

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị phiếu tính tiền theo biểu mẫu & bảng giá có sẵn (kiểm tra form mẫu, thông tin)
• Hỗ trợ nhập liệu thông tin
• Hỗ trợ lưu trữ các báo cáo đã tính tiền theo quy trình của công ty.
• Các công việc khác được chỉ định bởi quản lý trực tiếp (nếu cần).

• Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp, có thể làm việc từ 30 tiếng/tuần, Thực tập từ 6 tháng

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm nhập liệu, xử lý excel, làm việc với số liệu.

• Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chăm chỉ, nghiêm túc với công việc.

Allowance 150,000 per day.
