Job description
Our Jack-up Platforms (JUP), Heavy Lifting Vessels (HLV), Cable Lifting Vessels (CLV) and Fall Pipe Vessels (FPV) work around the world on the most challenging offshore projects. As a member of the Engineering department, you maintain the engines to let our vessels run smoothly in order to secure their 24/7 production.

Your responsibilities

  • You are in charge of an Engineering watch on board of a JUP, HLV, CLV or FPV

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all technical installations on board

  • You carry out duties according to STCW regulation

  • You maintain and repair the technical equipment on board according to instructions of the Chief Engineer

  • You operate the main and auxiliary machinery and the associated control system

  • You maintain a safe engineering watch

  • You observe the quality, health, safety and environmental system

  • You give clear and balanced feedback to your co-workers, aiming at the development of others

Your profile

  • You already have work experience on a Jack-up Platform (JUP) or Heavy Lifting Vessel (HLV) or Cable Lifting Vessel (CLV) or Fall Pipe Vessel (FPV)

  • You have a Certificate of Competency (STCW) of Second Engineer (III/2)

  • You have an STCW VI/6-1 Security Awareness or 95- AVI/6-2 Designated Security Duties (preferable)

  • You have a strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment

  • You have a hands-on and no-nonsense mentality

  • You speak and write English fluently
