Role Overview:

To design, implement and enable talent management and performance practices that build organisational capability, drive high performance and ensure alignment between individual contribution, leadership capability and business strategic objectives

Are you someone who can:

  • Design and implement talent management frameworks including succession planning, talent identification and development approaches aligned to HC strategy and business needs
  • Enable and embed performance management practices including performance contracting, continuous feedback, calibration and development planning across business units
  • Facilitate talent reviews and performance moderation forums ensuring consistency, fairness and alignment to governance standards and HC frameworks
  • Analyse talent and performance data to identify trends, risks and capability gaps and provide evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders
  • Partner with business leaders and HC stakeholders to align talent pipelines, succession plans and performance outcomes to workforce and business priorities
  • Develop and maintain talent and performance metrics, dashboards and reporting ensuring visibility of capability, performance outcomes and risks
  • Ensure compliance with all performance and talent governance requirements including documentation, audit readiness and consistent application of policies
  • Design and deliver talent and performance capability interventions including toolkits, guidelines, workshops and leader enablement solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement of talent management and performance processes, tools and practices to enhance effectiveness, fairness and organisational impact
  • Support integration of talent, performance, learning and workforce planning practices to enable holistic people solutions
  • Provides guidance in the creation of the required talent pools to ensure that competencies are available to support business growth
  • Coordinate the implementation and evaluation of the talent management processes
  • Coordinate the implementation of the succession planning and retention strategy

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
  • 4–6 years experience across talent management, performance management or organisational development

Knowledge

  • Talent and succession management frameworks
  • Performance management processes and systems
  • Workforce analytics and data interpretation
  • Organisational development principles
  • HR systems (e.g. Workday or equivalent)
