Key Responsibilities
 

  • Be responsible for the regular inventory and assessment of organizations and talents, establish talent selection programs and talent reserve mechanisms, and improve the construction and standardized operation of the firm's talented personnel

  • Establish personal development plans for core employees to promote and improve employee career management

  • The construction of talents in strategic positions, the establishment of talent pools

  • Promote other projects related to talent development

  • Lead Talent projects in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Well-being etc.

Key Requirements
 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Management or HR consulting role, including 2+ years of project management experience. Past experience as HR generalist or HR Business partner is a plus.

  • Having significant experience in one or more specialized fields within talent management is required (e.g., L&D, Performance, Talent Pipeline Development).

  • Has a passion for learning and staying at the forefront of the field to ensure strategies and platforms are leading the way and future focused.

  • Ability to be agile, adapt to changing business landscapes and embrace change. Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Hands-on while having a strategic mindset,

  • Fluent in Chinese and English both verbal and written
