Job Description

In Talent Management, your primary focus will be to strategically optimize Vialto's talent pipeline, building innovative talent practices to attract, deploy and retain top talent and maximize the potential and growth of our employees.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Leadership team and the broader HR department to formulate and execute talent management strategies that are in perfect alignment with the overarching organizational goals.

  • Take the lead in designing, implementing, and meticulously overseeing performance management and employee development programs that empower employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

  • Offer expert guidance and advice on succession planning and the holistic development of future leaders within the organization, ensuring a well-prepared leadership pipeline.

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge performance management strategies and systems, encompassing critical elements like goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans to drive excellence across the workforce.

  • Facilitate and champion employee development programs, which include a rich tapestry of training sessions, workshops, and mentorship initiatives that equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

  • Play a pivotal role in both the design and execution of impactful learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees.

  • Forge strong partnerships with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a meticulous assessment of skills and capabilities, thus establishing a robust talent pipeline that meets the organization's evolving needs.

  • Harness the power of talent data analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance overall workforce effectiveness, driving the organization toward its strategic objectives.

Qualifications 

Minimum Years of Experience: 15+ 

Additional Information

  • This is a remote role. Occasional office visits are encouraged if in the New York area.

  • Location: New York 

  • Compensation: $161,300 - $250,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
