Job description
- Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes.
- Assist in learning and development activities such as training programs, coaching sessions, mentoring, and internal development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for talent development projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Development.
- Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools for data tracking and documentation.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
