SUMMARY

Acme’s TAO (Talent & Organization) team is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our Talent Development team.  As a Talent Development Coordinator at Acme, you will play a key part in supporting the creation and implementation of talent development programs for our Acmegans.  The right person for this role has a strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, and is a proactive problem solver and team player. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manages the back-end logistics and coordination for the Nulugan Onboarding program; including the offer-to-orientation process and the Day 1 and beyond experience for Nulugans
  • Supports Acmegans across the company as they seek to grow and develop by helping with the implementation and coordination of both professional and leadership development course offerings
  • Ensures internal customers have a seamless experience by managing the back-end logistics and administrative aspects of talent development programs
  • Conducts research to support content creation for talent development programs
  • Helps the talent development team measure success by providing support with data collection, course/offering evaluations, budgeting, and reporting for Talent Development programs

WHAT TO BRING

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative/support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good eye for design and strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organized and efficient with proven ability to implement and manage efficient processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization

  • Experience working in the field of talent development
  • Experience working in the technology industry or adjacent industry
