Talent Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed
Pay: $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Collect, review, and track all required new hire paperwork to ensure completion before training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
• Communicate with new hires via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide support.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training logistics.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Assist with additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and learning new systems.
• Previous recruiting, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
