Apex Group is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing European Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple European locations and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions.
• Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive direct sourcing initiatives and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support business growth across Europe.
• Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2+ years' recruitment experience within an agency or in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
• Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, financial services, technology, or operational roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or jurisdictions would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday and AI platforms like Copilot
