What you will experience in this position:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners, including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill roles across the region, while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and market position attractiveness.
  • Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent.
  • Support Recruiting and Human Resources-related priorities, as assigned.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
