Welcome to Leon Bryant Foundation. Founded in 2012, we are a private career school devoted to providing affordable technical education for all residents of the Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia area.


Leon Bryant Foundation is dedicated to serving our community by providing valuable technical services. We offer several programs but most comprehensive technical program is called the “Computer Support Technician Program ", the first-stretch towards IT opportunities. The completion of this training program can lead to CompTIA A+ and Net + certifications resulting in entry-level competitive careers in IT.

Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist With recruitment efforts.
Assist With external and internal hiring Both Efforts (internal recruitment of employees for different or more assessment meaning senior roles.)
Develop recruitment strategy. This May include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital marketing employment, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc ...
Identify and source talent for current open Appropriate roles Within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; Develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, treats Including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers and HR recruitment professionals With hiring and employment data. May Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical Means to source candidates for open jobs.
Develop college recruiting programs
Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
Participate in employment events, career fairs: such as
Use software to track applicant recruiting through the selection phase through to Applicants on-boarding.
Develop relationships With third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process

College Degree Preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish Preferred 
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient Preferred 

Please be advised this is a part-time job. The specialist  will work (4 ) hours a day Monday- Friday. Shift hours to be determined. The specialist will be paid  $6.00 US Dollars an hour.  Medical Benefits will offered after 30 days. If you decide to apply please submit a professional resume.
