Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Americas' open positions, scheduling phone, video and face-to-face interviews and overall recruiting support. This position is designed to develop into a full lifecycle internal recruiter role, with responsibilities growing over time to include end-to-end ownership of hiring for designated positions. This is a great way to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up.

What can you do for us:

• Provide direct sourcing support for positions in the Americas region
• Schedule phone, video and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers
• Phone screens and end-to-end recruitment
• Assist with onboarding process

Who we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Structured approach to achieving business objectives
