Job description

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist plays a key part in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive the success of the growing company.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from job description creation to candidate onboarding including sourcing through online and offline channels, interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develops tailored recruitment strategies and creates compelling job descriptions
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates including posting openings on various job boards and platforms
  • Cultivates positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by showing company’s culture and value proposition to potential candidates and providing regular feedback to candidates
  • Prepares interviewers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process before scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Contributes to enhancing the employer brand through various channels, including social media and networking events
  • Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
  • Provides regular reports and insights to HR leadership and utilizes recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
  • Provides guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices

Requirements

Education, Experience and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. At least 2 years of experience in Tech recruitment will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
  • Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications
