Re18 is getting closer to fulfilling its mission & we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own both ends of Re18’s team members' lifecycle. You will run full cycle recruitment to bring the right people in the door then take ownership of the HR operations, onboarding culture & policies that retains them here. This role is for someone who is equally energized by sourcing exceptional candidates and by building the everyday systems that make a workplace run successfully. Your responsibilities will include
- Execute full cycle recruitment strategies for all Re18 roles, proactively sourcing, assessing and securing top tier talent across multiple channels
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and long term candidate database
- Partner with hiring managers to define, refine and update job requirements and role profiles
- Develop and manage employer branding, networking and recruitment marketing initiatives, staying current on talent market trends and best practices
- Provide strategic decision support through recruitment analytics and HR metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR related inquiries from team members and executives
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including orientation sessions and benefits setup
- Maintain team members' records and HR databases in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Support the development and rollout of talent management processes, including performance cycles and team member lifecycle feedback, and recommend iterative actions based on results
- Support the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that improve team member experience, morale, and company culture, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Other tasks as assigned
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & management functions
- Proven hands on experience recruiting across multiple departments & seniority levels
- Experience in active sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards, social media platforms & professional networks
- Comprehensive understanding of core HR functions including records compliance and benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills with a focus on positive team members relations
- Attention to detail & sound judgment when handling confidential & sensitive information
- Exemplary planning, time management & prioritization skills in a fast paced high growth environment
