Talent Acquisition Lead As a Talent Acquisition Lead here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and driving innovative talent acquisition strategies that are closely aligned with business priorities and enable us to attract and hire top-tier professionals across several countries. This is a strategic coordination role rather than a hands-on recruitment position; you will orchestrate the work of our RPO partners and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure strong execution, process discipline, and adherence to best practices. You will report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe, and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a hybrid work schedule.
