Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes.
• Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
• Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Have experience & strong interest in recruitment.
• Proficient in Graphic Design (Flyer & Video), Copy Writing.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
