We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team with sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Available to join immediately.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Location: Mumbai (Preferred)
