Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract)

Great hiring doesn't happen without great recruiters behind it. Kredivo Group is bringing on a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to help drive that, across Product, Data, Risk, and Internal Audit, with Product as the biggest chunk of the work.

About The Job :

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Product roles, from job posting through offer, as the main priority, with Data, Risk, and Internal Audit as secondary coverage.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates against role requirements and team fit.
• Keep pipeline data accurate and current in the tracker/ATS so hiring decisions are never made on stale information.
• Share regular pipeline updates with the TA Manager and flag bottlenecks before they become delays.
• Support offer negotiation and a smooth handover into onboarding.

About You :

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to Product or tech-adjacent hiring.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly and confidently with hiring managers.
• Able to manage multiple open roles at once under tight timelines without losing quality.
• Fintech or fast-paced industry background is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Available to start immediately given the contract length.
