2. Must have significant recruitment experience, in multiple recruiting environments with a wide variety of job disciplines.

4. Understand the profile to be recruited.
5. Source applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external references.
6. Scheduling interviews and confirmations of the same .
7. Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.
8. Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects.
9. Conveying and convincing the candidates.
