Summary:

• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing photolithography equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing to ensure high yield and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photolithography tools (e.g., steppers, scanners, coaters/developers).
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with process and integration teams to improve tool performance and process stability.
• Analyze equipment data and implement improvements for throughput and yield.
• Support new tool installation and qualification.
