Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production operators and process tool engineers to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance through strictly followed checklists, ensuring equipment reliability.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Assist with the installation, relocation, and upgrade of AMHS equipment.
- Stay ahead by monitoring and improving the performance of AMHS and equipment important metrics, addressing any issues promptly.
- Apply mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues effectively.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all safety, environmental, and security procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing AMHS systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of electronic and mechanical repair techniques.
- Experience in leading projects and initiatives to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to compete in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
