The Opportunity
Provide recruitment and onboarding administration support for UKI Early Careers (Student) high volume recruitment programmes. You will support candidates and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping to deliver an efficient process and positive candidate experience from application through assessment to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide recruitment administration support across the Early Careers hiring lifecycle, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met. 
•    Act as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, responding quickly to queries and escalating issues where required. 
•    Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events, including scheduling, confirming attendance and managing system updates. 
•    Support offer and onboarding activities, including issuing documentation, coordinating pre-employment screening and induction activities, and processing new joiner administration. 
•    Maintain accurate candidate and employee records across recruitment and HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and internal policies. 
•    Produce recruitment reports and progress updates for stakeholders and the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. 
•    Support process improvement activities to enhance service delivery, efficiency and candidate experience, using automation and technology where applicable

Skills and Experience
•    Experience in administration, recruitment coordination, HR support or a similar operational role.
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Confident written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills.
•    Ability to work independently, solve problems and escalate issues appropriately.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems. 
•    Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and handling sensitive information.

 

Education and Preferred Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree is required. 1-3 years of progressive experience using HR, recruitment or application tracking systems.
