1. 協助提供公司法、證交法等相關投資法令諮詢顧問服務
2. 企業併購及重組專案諮詢及執行服務
3. 公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核服務
4. 僑外資、陸資投資、對外投資及對大陸投資申請服務
5. 境外公司設立、變更及維運服務
6. 與客戶及主管機關聯繫溝通工作
1.商學背景修習過初會者尤佳
2.英文能力須具備TOEIC 650分/Linguaskill 150分以上或其他英文測驗同等標準
