  • Heat transfer
  • Thermodynamics
  • Numerical methods
  • Nonlinear equation systems
  • Experience with thermal-fluid system modeling
  • Hands-on programming experience in Fortran and C# (preferred) or similar numerical languages (C/C++, Java)
  • Experience developing or maintaining engineering calculation models or simulation tools
  • Experience in HVAC/R, power systems, or related equipment domain
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts or define modeling / calculation approaches for complex engineering systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently on technical problems while contributing to team objectives

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience maintaining legacy engineering calculation codebases
  • Experience developing multi-language solutions across modeling and software systems
  • Familiarity with optimization techniques or product configuration tools
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers

Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and wellbeing programs. Offerings vary by role and location and are designed to support employees’ health, security, and success.
