Systems Integration Student Intern (6-month program)

Kick-start your career with OpenText and gain hands-on experience in the world of enterprise integration and digital business solutions. As a Systems Integration Student Intern, you'll work with experienced professionals on real client projects, develop technical expertise in EDI and B2B integrations, and learn how global organizations securely exchange business-critical information.

To qualify, you must be in your final academic year and currently enrolled in an internship unit. Open to deployment in any shift (morning, afternoon, night).

In this role, you will:

• Develop and update technical specifications, forms, and EDI maps using OpenText technologies.
• Assist with deploying integration components to testing and pre-production environments.
• Configure and support Trading Partner connectivity through protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.
• Gain exposure to integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support client business processes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Learn the fundamentals of EDI, B2B integration, and enterprise technologies through structured training and hands-on experience.
• Work alongside experienced integration professionals on real-world client projects.
• Gain exposure to ERP interfaces, data mapping, trading partner onboarding, and integration testing.
• Assist in configuring and deploying integration solutions using OpenText technologies.
• Develop analytical and problem-solving skills by helping investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Build experience in client-facing communication, project coordination, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different countries and regions while supporting global clients.
• Develop the technical and professional skills needed for a successful career in systems integration, consulting, or IT services.
