Systems Engineer Senior - Clearance Required

•High School Diploma plus 13 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 10 years of relevant experience is required OR Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 8 years of relevant experience is required.


Experience:
- Led system architecture design and engineering for complex environments, translating mission and business objectives into clear technical requirements and solution concepts.
- Directed end‑to‑end system integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms, domains, and with cybersecurity, network, and software teams to achieve secure designs.
- Performed advanced system analysis, modeling, and performance optimization while establishing and enforcing engineering standards, processes, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior and journeyman engineers, fostering skill development and consistent delivery quality.
- Presented technical solutions, associated risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders, supporting informed decision‑making.
- Must possess a current U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
