We are now seeking a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

Your Day will look like:

• Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Implement and maintain virtualization platforms and cloud-based services.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, Cisco, or Linux certifications.
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
