Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst for a long-term consulting engagement with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Participate on project teams formed to research, recommend, implement and maintain real estate technology based information and reporting systems.
- Lead the dialogue with Global Real Estate business partners to elicit requirements for ongoing process optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Design, develop and implement custom application functions and reports in accordance with stated business requirement.
- Author detailed technical design specifications and unit test cases in connection with developed product.
- Participate in ongoing production support activities involving a multi-enterprise, integrated property management and accounting platform.
- Research, document and remediate more complex technical and application support issues.
- 5+ years of overall experience including recent work as a Systems Analyst.
- Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred; specifically any experience with real estate technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
