Coordinates and supports access management for OCC information resources, including SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams workspaces, document libraries, databases, shared drives, dashboards, templates, and other internal information tools. Reviews access needs, maintains access records, supports role-based permissions, assists with onboarding and offboarding access changes, and helps ensure OCC information is organized, protected, and available to appropriate users.

Provides technical guidance to OCC staff on information tools, data entry standards, document organization, reporting processes, and use of Microsoft 365 tools.
