Systems Administrator (41000)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Systems Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE contract role. • Triage and support the commercial off the shelf products currently in place at DES, primarily manufactured by CA (75%) • Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting information related (15%) • Work with the product vendor to resolve software issues (10%) • Advanced experience with Windows Server 2003 and higher • Intermediate experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and higher (2-3 years) • Beginner experience with MySQL and ITIL (1 year) • Advanced experience with CA Service Desk, SOI, Spectrum, EHealth, MS Systems Center, Operations Manager (SCOM) and Configuration Manager (3-5 years) • Intermediate experience with Unix applications (2-3 years).
