As our next Thermodynamic and Thermal Simulation Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing advanced thermal management systems. Your expertise in simulation, thermodynamics, and AI-enhanced modeling will help accelerate innovation and guide strategic decisions for next-generation e-System technologies.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work with cutting-edge simulation tools and AI-driven engineering platforms

  • Influence the design of sustainable thermal systems using refrigerants like R744, R290, and R1234yf

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization

  • Explore emerging technologies and propose new methods for simulation and design efficiency

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal system design

  • Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • Mandatory proficiency in MATLAB, GT Suites and 1D simulation software, with additional programming skills in Python or R

  • Previous experience in the automotive and/or HVAC industry, with solid understanding of sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations

  • Strong team-oriented mindset with proactive and structured approach

  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
