System QA Engineer Lead (Beats SQA)

Description

You are responsible for leading testing efforts at our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will:

- Create, document and train factory resources on testing Beats HW and SW.

- Be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to cross-functional teams.

- Utilize your excellent QA background to characterize defects that rarely reproduce.

- Manage defect tracking, publish test plans, report, and own the test case execution by the test team.

This is a high-visibility role within the organization that requires excellent trouble-shooting skills along with an ability to analyze and act upon the results of work that is executed remotely.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years SQA experience, strong background in Quality Assurance along with experience in program management.

Experience with Bluetooth/Wifi Technologies.

Experience of testing audio products (headphones, speakers/soundbars, MP3 players, fitness trackers, set-top box, etc.).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience as an SQA lead.

Experience of working with multi-functional teams to coordinate testing.

Experience in building resource plans.

Digital Audio knowledge.

Scripting experience of Perl, shell, Applescript or JavaScript.

Sustaining engineering experience.

Work very well independently, focused and responsible.

A proven track record demonstrating the ability to drive to milestones and goals.

Demonstrated leadership skills.
