The Role

In this role, you will support the preparation and coordination of financial system operations for a regional financial institution project, helping ensure stable operations through tasks such as creating work instructions, editing Excel files, and coordinating with requesting departments.

You will work with team members to carry out routine operations and respond to change requests, and even candidates without prior experience can succeed by applying basic PC skills and effective communication.


What you will do


• Edit Excel files, verify data, and perform routine operational tasks

• Create and update work instructions and procedures for operators

• Receive change requests and inquiries from requesting departments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

• Support change requests for automated processes, including batch jobs, and prepare for operations

• Share progress and issues within the team, and confirm or escalate matters as needed

• Support operations based on prior coordination when holiday or nighttime work is required

• Contribute to the stable operation of financial systems while working onsite at the client office


Who You Are

Required skills and experience


• Comfortable with basic PC operations, Excel editing, and administrative tasks

• Basic communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork

• Ability to clarify uncertainties independently and complete work in collaboration with others

• Basic professional etiquette, including timely notification of delays and adherence to deadlines

• Ability to work onsite at the Hiroshima client office five days a week from 8:39 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

• Understanding of and flexibility regarding possible holiday or nighttime work approximately once a month, as well as overtime


Preferred skills and experience


• Interest in financial systems, operations preparation, and coordination tasks

• Experience in creating work instructions, coordinating with requesting departments, and handling batch change requests

• Ability to commute comfortably to the Hiroshima area for long-term employment

• Understanding of contract employee employment terms and renewal conditions

• Motivation to improve skills through online training and self-study

• Aptitude for collaborating with a team and completing routine tasks accurately
