System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technical support including recording, handling, and prioritizing technical inquiries in the relevant tools, including coordination with internal departments

• System-level commissioning of welding systems on-site at customer locations

• Conducting repairs and handling technical customer inquiries regarding the configuration of welding systems

• Representation of Fronius (including support at events and trade fairs) and participation in training sessions

• Technical support for sales and marketing teams, including internal sharing of customer feedback

• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)

Requirements

• Technical education

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Additional qualifications that are comparable to a completed master's degree (including official welding certifications, such as EWS/IWS)

• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
