Required Skills:

• 8 Years of experience in Building consensus with stakeholders

• 8 Years of experience in Analyzing requirements gathering from management and end-users

• 8 Years of experience in Developing, writing, and implementing Functional Configuration Documents

• 8 years of Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Visio

• 8 Years of work experience in the information technology industry

• 8 Years of experience in Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

• 8 Years of experience in excellent communication skills – presentation, written, verbal; ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner

• 6 Years of experience in business process reengineering

• 4 Years of PeopleSoft Financials Experience version 9.2 with emphasis on eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contracts

• 4 Years of Oracle/PeopleSoft Financials Experience

• 4 years of experience in Strong client negotiation and demonstrated consulting skills

• 4 Years of PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management Implementation experience with the Public Sector

Preferred Skills:

• 4 years of State of Texas Oracle/PeopleSoft Financials Experience

• 8 years of PeopleSoft Financials Experience (version (8.x and higher) with emphasis on eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contract Management

• 5 Years of State Texas Procurement/Purchasing Experience

• 5 years of experience with state government, federal, or complex private sector organization

• 4 years of experience in conducting Fit/Gap or Conference Room Pilot sessions

• 4 years of experience with Government Procurement Systems offered as third-party solutions
