Job Title: System Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Required Skills:

• 8 Years of experience in performing project management activities on ERP related systems

• 8 Years of experience in process or systems analysis and design work on ERP related systems

• 8 Years of experience in developing functional specifications for large projects

• 8 Years of experience in performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

• 8 Years of experience in documenting functional design

• 8 Years of experience in developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results

• 4 Years of experience in configuring PeopleSoft modules

• 4 Years of experience working with application users to prototype PeopleSoft modules in a workshop setting

• 3 Years of extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements

• 2 Years of experience in conducting presentations or providing instructor led training classes

• 2 Years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2

• 2 Years of Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Payroll, including Commitment Accounting

Preferred Skills:

• 2 Years of Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)

• 3 Years of Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
