Responsibilities:

• Will provide system administration support for the MasterControl Electronic Document Management System for current Technical Operations Quality base business and in support of the Master Control expansion project. 

• Process user access requests ensure users are trained and granted access in a timely matter. 

• Monitor training completions for pending requests 

• Support migration activities for the system expansion, including development of import spreadsheets, verification of data, and post migration conformations 

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and Validation activities as needed. 

• Assist with User Demonstration sessions as needed 

• Assist with system Change Requests as needed 

Experience Requirements:

• Previous System Administration experience in a GxP environment preferred. 

• MasterControl experience a plus.
