Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Azure services, focusing on Azure IoT and IoT Hubs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage and monitor data streaming processes and Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) environments to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF), ensuring seamless data integration and transformation.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to support data analytics using Databricks and Synapse, ensuring high-performance data processing and storage.
• Perform SQL queries, manage databases, and provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports to offer insights and data visualization, aiding business decisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Azure services, including IoT solutions, data streaming, and EDL.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure IoT Hub and related IoT services.
• Proficiency in ADF, Databricks, Synapse, SQL, SSIS, and PowerBI.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and providing support for cloud-based solutions.
• Azure Certification is a plus, demonstrating a deep understanding of Azure’s architecture and services.
