Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of personalized marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business results. You will work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies that leverage data-driven insights for optimal customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate customer data across various platforms to enable real-time personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver innovative marketing solutions.
• Analyze customer behaviour and campaign performance metrics to refine personalization strategies and improve engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in marketing technology and data management.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and personalization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while managing customer data effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience with API integrations and data management practices within marketing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and customization.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced analytics tools.
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related fields is a plus.
